Driving Directions
From Madison/Milwaukee:
Travel on I-90/94. Follow I-94 towards Eau Claire, to exit (145)
Turn right at the top of the exit on to Industerial Rd to County
ET, go left, west on County ET, The VA Medical Center is 1 mile down
the road on your Right.
From LaCrosse:
Travel on I-90 to the 1st Tomah exit (41 - Superior ave). Turn
left at the top of the exit. Follow Superior Ave through town, you
will go through 3 sets of stoplights. The 4th stoplight will be East
Veterans Street. Turn right on East Veterans Street, the VA Medical
Center is a few blocks down on your left.
From EauClaire/Minneapolis:
Travel on I-94 to the Tomah exit(143). Turn right at the end of
the exit. Follow Hwy 12 (Superior Avenue) until the 2nd set of stop
lights. At the 2nd stop light turn left on East Veterans Street, the
Medical Center is a few blocks down on your Left.
Parking
Free parking is available to all patients of VAMC Tomah.
Parking lot locations are indicated on the
campus map.
Patient and visitor parking is located as follows:
- Bldg. 400 - Main Clinic Entrance – East side building
- Bldg. 402 - Physical Rehab – West of building (across 3rd Street)
- Bldg. 404 - Mental Health Clinic – North of building (across G Street)
- Bldg. 406 – East of building (across 4th Street)
Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking is available in all lots.
Outpatient Clinic Parking
Free parking is available at all outpatient clinics.
Public Transportation
Tomah VAMC is not served by public transportation. Local
taxicabs are available by calling 372-2661.
